ArcadsSafe from There is no safe free path here because there is no free tier. The cheapest legitimate way to monetize is the Starter plan (widely reported at $110/mo for 10 videos), which under the FRESHR/Arcads terms grants a non-exclusive commercial license to distribute and market the videos. Pricing is not on Arcads' own public page (the /pricing URL returns 404 and the homepage shows no prices), so confirm the exact price at checkout. · CMR scored
AkoolSafe from Upgrade past the watermarked Free tier; paid tiers remove the watermark, but the explicit 'License: business' label only appears on the Business plan and above. Pricing on akool.com renders as $0 (JS-gated), so confirm the exact price at checkout. Pro is the entry paid tier (widely reported around 15 USD/mo on annual billing, not confirmable on Akool's own page). · CMR scored

Vidyo.ai (now quso.ai)Safe from Upgrade to the Lite plan ($15/mo billed annually, or $29/mo regular / $24/mo promo monthly) which removes the watermark and unlocks 1080p with unlimited exports, that is the cheapest tier safe for monetized content. · CMR scored

PhotoroomSafe from Pro, reported ~$12.99/mo (or ~$7.50/mo billed annually; JS-gated, confirm at checkout), which removes the watermark and adds a commercial license. · CMR scored
FLUX (Black Forest Labs)Safe from Use FLUX.1 [schnell] (Apache-2.0, free) for anything you monetize, or generate dev outputs only through a host that holds a valid Black Forest Labs commercial license. For running the dev model in production yourself, a BFL commercial license is required. · CMR scored
Stable Diffusion (Stability AI)Safe from Stay under the $1M annual revenue threshold and you can monetize freely. Above it, contact Stability AI for an enterprise license. Confirm which model version and host you are using, since terms differ across versions and platforms. · CMR scored
DALL-E / GPT Image (OpenAI)Safe from For dependable commercial work use ChatGPT Plus ($20/mo) or the API. The rights are clean either way; just do not build a monetized pipeline on the free tier's few-images-per-day cap. Stay within OpenAI's usage policies. · CMR scored
Nano Banana (Google Gemini 2.5 Flash Image)Safe from Generate in the Gemini app or AI Studio UI (free, outputs are yours, commercial use fine), not via the API free tier, which trains on your data and is scoped to non-consumer dev use. ReminiSafe from Subscribe to a paid plan to remove the watermark, and confirm with Remini support whether a paid subscription lifts the personal/non-commercial license restriction for monetized content. The Terms grant only a personal, non-commercial license regardless of tier wording shown to us, so paid does not automatically equal commercial rights without confirmation. · CMR scored

Mage SpaceSafe from For monetized work, take the Basic plan ($10/mo) where Commercial License is clearly a paid feature; treat free-tier commercial use as a grey area until confirmed in your account. · CMR scored
StarryAISafe from Read the Content Policy and the CreativeML Open RAIL-M use restrictions before monetizing, outputs that violate those are carved out of the license. · CMR scored
SeaArtSafe from Open the in-app Terms and Copyright Policy while logged in and confirm in writing whether free-tier outputs carry commercial rights and whether third-party model outputs inherit those models' own license limits. · CMR scored
PicLumenSafe from Only monetize images you generated yourself; do not directly reuse other users' public creations for commercial work, PicLumen's FAQ limits those to reference only. · CMR scored

Pixlr AISafe from Read the full License and Services Agreement and confirm a paid plan's commercial grant before monetizing; do not rely on free-tier output for commercial faceless content without that confirmation. · CMR scored
DeepAISafe from Confirm the 'full ownership' claim against DeepAI's actual Terms of Service and prefer the $9.99/mo Pro tier for private, ad-free, higher-volume monetized work. · CMR scored

DezgoSafe from Don't rely on Dezgo's ToS for output rights, check the specific model. For SD-family free models, the Open RAIL-M license allows commercial use subject to its acceptable-use restrictions. For Flux/Nano Banana and other hosted models, confirm the upstream license before monetizing. · CMR scored
ArtbreederSafe from Open the in-app Terms / FAQ while logged in and confirm the license attached to your specific output (historically CC0) before monetizing; for safety, generate on a paid Pro plan and keep a screenshot of the license shown. · CMR scored
ImagineArtSafe from Read ImagineArt's in-app 'Commercial Use Policy' FAQ and Terms of Service before monetizing, and use a paid subscription tier for cleaner commercial rights and likely watermark removal. · CMR scored
